Feb 25: Business After Hours, Hosted by the IOW Business Development Group at Imagine Art Studio, 131 Main Street, Smithfield. Call the Chamber for information and reservations. - 5:30 to 7:00 pm.

Mar 17: “Meet The Isle... We’re Open For Business” Trade Show—Smithfield Center – Free and Open to the Public 4:00 – 7:00 pm

Mar 18: Small Business Development Center Consulting - The Isle of Wight-Smithfield-Windsor Chamber of Commerce is currently accepting reservations for consultations with a representative from the Small Business Development Center of Hampton Roads. The SBDC provides one-on-one guidance to business owners on the many issues of entrepreneurship. There is no charge for this service. The Chamber of Commerce is currently accepting appointments for Thursday, March 18, 2010. To schedule a consultation, or for additional information, please contact Lori White at 357-3502.

Mar 24: Richard J. Holland Post-session Legislative Breakfast Forum - The Isle of Wight-Smithfield-Windsor Chamber of Commerce will host the Richard J. Holland Post-session Legislative Breakfast Forum on Wednesday, March 24th. It will be held at The Windsor Ruritan Club at 14 Community Drive in Windsor beginning at 8:00 a.m.

Senators Louise Lucas and Fred Quayle, along with Delegates William Barlow and Roslyn Tyler will speak to the attendees on the issues addressed during the legislative session. A question and answer session will follow their presentations.

The program fee is $14.50 for Chamber members and $18.00 for non-members. For reservations, please call the Chamber of Commerce at 757-357-3502.

Apr 28th: "Business After Hours" - EnCore Pilates together with the Isle of Wight-Smithfield-Windsor Chamber of Commerce will host a “Business After Hours” on Wednesday, April 28, 2010 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at EnCore Pilates Studio, 337 Main Street, Smithfield. This event offers an opportunity for area business professionals to network and enjoy good conversation and refreshments.
